Keeping the skin on your face in good order is a must.
I’m always interested in the different routines that people use in order to do this. I’ve just come across an interesting blog from Coco which details what she does to keep good skin. You can find her post at balancejoyanddelicias.wordpress.com. She writes:
I was so busy and stressed out last year that I barely pay attention to my skin. Every night I’d clean as fast as I could and move into the couch. Breakout was the norm. Closed white heads were all over my face. I was procrastinating on taking care of myself, but there was always something more important to do.
She continues that in 2011 she would take much better care of her skin, using Omega369:
a replenishing facial treatment infused with healthy omega 3,6 and 9 to help stimulate the skin’s natural process of renewal and regeneration while maintaining it suppleness and elasticity.
Coco then sets out the various creams and potions she uses to improve and maintain good skin.
Of course, in addition to this, facial exercises would keep a face ‘fit’ by exercising the connective tissue and muscles beneath the dermis, thus enabling good facial shape.
Even more important, the exercises will increase the blood flow to facial skin, ensuring that proper nutrition of the face takes place.
