The need for facial exercise transcends race and cultures. Whatever your background, all humans skin and muscles operates in the same way.

Recently i discovered a blog at she.sulekha.com written by Prapti Bagga. Prapti is the skin care specialist for the site. She writes:

It’s proven as you age your facial muscles becomes slack and baggy. Even if you are very young and beautiful now, as the time passes your facial muscles will become loose.

In her work as a skin care expert she has seen all sorts of facial issues. She continues in her post:

We should not overlook the fact that even our face needs to be maintained properly. Facial exercises are used to stimulate blood flow and circulation. It is one of the easiest ways to prevent wrinkles.

Of course, it is one thing to know the science of face exercising, but another to know what to do. She offers an exercise for the forehead:

Fan your fingers with your thumbs folded in and place your fingers where your scalp meets your head. Push straight up and hold. Now raise your eyebrows. Hold for 5 second and relax. Repeat 5- 10 times. The main purpose is to remove the lines above the brow.

To discover how to do more, go to the information on high quality facial exercises and read up.
