It’s a well known fact that eating well will help you in your efforts to look and stay young.
However, it is always of interest when properly conducted scientific research shows us what exactly we can do.
Over at the blog on www.personalliberty.com they have reported the latest findings at the UT Health Science Center:
Researchers from the UT Health Science Center in San Antonio have recently discovered that a compound found in grapes stimulates the production of a hormone that regulates fat and can reduce signs of aging.
The compound, resveratrol, encourages the production of adiponectin in the body, a hormone that also helps control insulin levels, provides anti-aging benefits and helps control obesity.
This is very interesting information.
I’ve always advocated that well performed facial exercises, combined with good nutrition and sleep are the foundation of looking younger.
Now science has proven it.
